- Single bent over lateral raises keep your abs tight to avoid spine problems
- Squat plus lateral shoulder raises ; Don’t lift the shoulder when bringing up the arms keep them constantly down and relax
- Hammer Curl ; if you can’t do it try simple curl
- Squat plus Arnold press
- Low plank ; if you can’t do it try resting the knee on your ground (be sure not to lift your bottom , back and glutes should remain constantly in alignment to be able to make sure the abs are well contracted during exercise)
