运动工具:2个哑铃

  • Dumbbell Squat ; if you can’t do it try bending less the legs Don’t bend legs inwardly or outwardly the knee should always in the line and keep the foot constantly well placed
  • Front Lunges plus dumbbell shoulder press ; Don’t touch the ground with the knee of the back leg when you bring down the pelvis and don’t arc your backward
  • Front Lunges plus dumbbell shoulder press and switch sides in the shortest time possible
  • Triceps kickbacks ; Keep your elbows still only move your forearm ,should always be slightly bent your legs – head keep in constantly in line with the back (if you can’t do it try using lighter weights or no weights at all )
  • Alternating shoulder raises if you can’t do it try lateral raises ( Don’t bend your arm keep constantly flat)
